Why we're building this

Built for the shop, not the spreadsheet.

Most small shops in India already run on a system: a bill book, a khata diary, a stock register and a very good memory. It works — until it doesn't.

The problem we kept seeing

Money in a small shop rarely disappears in one big loss. It leaks — a customer’s udhaar that never got written down, a fast-moving item that quietly ran out, an hour spent adding up bills by hand during the busiest part of the day. None of it feels urgent on its own, and all of it adds up.

Plenty of software exists for this. Most of it was designed for a desk, an accountant, or a business that already thinks in reports. It asks the shopkeeper to change how they work before it gives anything back.

What we’re trying to do differently

AngadiOne starts from the counter. It should be usable one-handed, during a rush, on the phone you already own, in the language you actually think in. If it takes longer than the bill book, it has failed.

  • One shop type first. Phase 1 is being prepared for kirana stores. Doing that properly matters more than covering every shop badly — the roadmap shows what follows.
  • Honest about what it does. We’d rather tell you what isn’t ready than let you find out at the counter. Our Features page lists the gaps as plainly as the capabilities.
  • Your data stays yours. You can delete your account from inside the app.
  • Built for India first.UPI, WhatsApp, Telugu, Hindi and English, and it keeps working when the internet doesn’t.

Who it’s for

Small kirana and grocery shop owners in India who bill by hand today. If you run a shop and a notebook, you’re who we’re building for.

Who makes it

AngadiOne is a product of Kondapalli OPC Private Limited, registered in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India.

AngadiOne is currently in internal testing. We haven’t released publicly, so we have no customer numbers, reviews or case studies to show you — and we’re not going to invent any. When there are real shopkeepers using it and willing to talk about it, their words will go here.
