Privacy Policy (Draft)

This draft describes how Kondapalli OPC Private Limited intends to handle personal data for AngadiOne. AngadiOne is currently in internal testing. This document has not been reviewed by a qualified legal or privacy professional, and no claim is made that compliance with any law has been certified.

1. What this covers

The AngadiOne website (angadione.com). Data handling inside the mobile app will be documented here before any public release — [open decision: app-side data map to be documented].

2. What the website processes today

This website uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. There is no registration form that stores your submission directly. What is processed:

AngadiOne Assistant (chat): when you send a message to the chat widget, we process the message text to match an answer from our fixed FAQ, and basic request data such as your IP address to prevent abuse of the endpoint. See section 13.
Early access: early-access requests are currently accepted through WhatsApp or email — no form on this website stores your details directly.
WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, that communication is carried and processed by WhatsApp/Meta under its own service and privacy terms, not ours.
Hosting: the website and the chat endpoint run on Vercel, which processes requests to operate and secure the site (see section 8).

3. Information processed for early access

You join early access by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email, so we only receive what you choose to send:

the information contained in your WhatsApp or email message;
where you use WhatsApp, your phone number and the WhatsApp profile information WhatsApp makes visible to us;
where you use email, your email address and the content of your message;
any shop details you choose to include (for example your shop type or city) — these are optional.

We do not require formal consent fields, and we do not ask for your customers’ data, your sales figures, payment credentials or any government identifiers.

4. Why

To tell you about the AngadiOne release, and to understand which regions and shop types to build for. Not for advertising. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Consent and withdrawal

Joining early access is entirely voluntary and initiated by you — you choose to contact us over WhatsApp or email. You can withdraw from the early-access list at any time by replying on WhatsApp or emailing info@angadione.com.

6. Retention

Early-access contact details are kept until Phase 1 opens or until you ask us to delete them. We will review and delete the early-access list within 90 days after launch unless you separately agree to receive further product updates.

7. Deletion requests

You can ask us to delete your early-access details now — message us on WhatsApp or email info@angadione.com. This includes removing you from the early-access list, which we maintain manually. Deleting your AngadiOne account and its shop data is done in the app itself (More → Account → Delete Account) — see the Account deletion page.

8. Storage and processors

The processors used by this website today are named: Vercel hosts the website and the chat endpoint (see section 13), and — only if you choose to reach us that way — WhatsApp/Meta carries that communication under its own terms.

[Open decision: additional processors and sub-processors for the mobile app’s live shop data are not finalised and will be listed before any such live data is collected.]

9. Security

We intend to collect the minimum needed, keep it on access-restricted infrastructure, and avoid recording full contact details in application logs. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

10. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. [Open decision: whether any analytics will be used in future, and if so which.]

11. Children

AngadiOne is intended for business use by shop owners and is not directed at children.

12. Governing law and grievances

[Open decision — pending legal review.] Applicable law, jurisdiction and the formal grievance-officer designation are not finalised in this draft.

13. AngadiOne Assistant (chat on this website)

This website includes an automated help widget called AngadiOne Assistant. It is not a live person and does not use any generative-AI service in this release — it answers from a fixed, built-in list of questions and answers.

What is processed: We use the message text you submit to match an answer from our fixed FAQ knowledge base. We also process basic request information, such as your IP address, to limit misuse of the chat endpoint.
Hosting: this website and the chat endpoint run on Vercel, our hosting provider, which processes the request in order to serve the site.
Generative AI: not enabled in this release. If we ever enable a third-party AI provider (for example, Anthropic) to generate replies, we will update this policy and name the provider here before doing so.
Storage and logs: we do not intentionally store chat messages in an AngadiOne application database. Vercel processes the request to operate and secure the service and may retain technical logs according to its platform configuration.

Do not submit customer data, payment information, passwords, OTPs or other sensitive information into the chat. For anything sensitive, contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead.

14. Changes

This is a draft and will change before launch. When published we will show a “last updated” date and keep a record of the version you consented to.
