This draft sets out the intended terms for using AngadiOne, provided by Kondapalli OPC Private Limited. AngadiOne is currently in internal testing and is not generally available. This document has not been reviewed by a qualified legal professional. Several sections are deliberately left open rather than filled with terms we have not actually decided.

1. Who we are

AngadiOne is operated by Kondapalli OPC Private Limited, registered in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. Company registration identifiers are [open decision: CIN / GSTIN to be confirmed before publication].

2. Current status of the service

AngadiOne is in internal testing and has not been released. Joining the early-access list creates no entitlement to the app, to a particular release date, to specific features, or to any pricing. Features described on this website are included in the current test build and may change before release; some are explicitly listed as still being prepared.

3. Using AngadiOne

When the app is released, you agree to use it lawfully and for your own business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for the bills and tax documents you issue from it, and for keeping your account credentials and staff PINs secure.

AngadiOne is a record-keeping and billing tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not file returns on your behalf.

4. Payments and UPI

AngadiOne can display a UPI QR code at the counter and record that a sale was taken. It is not a payment gateway: it does not process, hold, settle or refund money. Any payment happens directly between you, your customer and their UPI provider.

5. Your data

Your shop data belongs to you. How we intend to handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (also a draft). Backup and restore are included in the current test build and are still undergoing validation, so please keep your own records in the meantime.

6. Pricing, subscriptions and refunds

[Open decision — not finalised.] Pricing, plan structure, billing cycles, trial rules, cancellation and refund terms are not finalised and are deliberately not stated here. Any figures circulating elsewhere should not be relied upon. These terms will be completed and legally reviewed before any payment is ever taken.

7. Availability and support

[Open decision — not finalised.] We do not offer a service-level agreement, guaranteed uptime, or a committed support response time, and we will not state one we cannot honour. Support channels are listed on the Support page.

8. Warranties

[Open decision — pending legal review.] The scope of any warranty or disclaimer has not been settled. As a plain statement of intent: the app is provided as-is during testing, and you should keep your own records until you are confident in it.

9. Limitation of liability

10. Suspension and termination

This is a draft and will change before launch. When published, we will show a “last updated” date and tell you about material changes.

12. Governing law and disputes
