These terms set out how you may use AngadiOne, a mobile shop-management app provided by Kondapalli OPC Private Limited. By using AngadiOne you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

AngadiOne is operated by Kondapalli OPC Private Limited, registered in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. You can reach us at info@angadione.com.

2. Free at launch

AngadiOne Version 1.0.0 is free to use at launch. No subscription and no in-app purchase is required to use it. Paid plans or features may be introduced in the future; if that happens, you will never be charged automatically — any paid plan will require your separate, explicit purchase.

3. Using AngadiOne

You agree to use AngadiOne lawfully and for your own business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for the bills and tax documents you issue from it, and for keeping your account and staff access secure.

4. Your data and account deletion

Your shop data belongs to you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account from inside the app (More → Account → Delete Account). Deletion follows a 7-day model: your account is deactivated immediately, held in a recoverable state for 7 days — during which you can restore it — and then permanently deleted. 5. Data you enter about other people

You decide what customer and staff details to record — for example customer phone numbers in the Khata ledger, or staff members and their roles. You are responsible for entering that data appropriately and for having a proper reason to hold it. AngadiOne processes it on your behalf to provide the app to you.

6. Records, Khata, reports and invoices

AngadiOne is a record-keeping and billing tool. You are responsible for reviewing your Khata (customer-credit) balances, your reports, and the bills and invoices you issue, before you rely on them or share them. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not file returns on your behalf.

7. Payments and UPI

AngadiOne lets you record how a customer paid — Cash, UPI, Card or Khata (credit). It is not a payment gateway and does not process, hold, settle or refund money. Any payment happens directly between you, your customer and their own bank or UPI provider.

8. GST and tax

AngadiOne can produce GST-inclusive bills and simple tax summaries from the details you enter, but this is not tax, accounting or legal advice, and AngadiOne does not file GST returns or generate government e-invoices. Verify your GST treatment and filings with your own accountant.

9. Voice and AI features

Voice entry (Speak Bill) and any AI-assisted features produce a draft from your input. You must review and correct what AngadiOne understood, and confirm it, before a bill is saved. You are responsible for the final bill, not the transcription.

10. Offline use and sync

Core counter workflows are designed to keep working during temporary connectivity loss and to sync when you are back online. Because devices and networks vary, syncing can be delayed; keep your own records as a backup.

11. Availability and support

AngadiOne is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a fixed support response time. Support is available at support@angadione.com and on the Support page.

12. Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AngadiOne is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or warranty that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kondapalli OPC Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of AngadiOne. Because AngadiOne is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service (which is currently nil). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access to AngadiOne if these terms are breached, or where necessary to protect the service or its users. You may stop using AngadiOne, and delete your account, at any time (section 4).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with a “last updated” date; we will tell you about material changes.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, the courts at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to AngadiOne.
