Deleting your account.
You can delete your AngadiOne account and shop data from inside the app. Deletion follows a 7-day recovery model, so an accidental request can be undone.
When you request deletion, your account is deactivated and held for 7 days. During those 7 days you can recover it. After 7 days, your shop data is permanently deleted.
How to delete your account
- Open AngadiOne and go to More → Account → Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm — this guards against an accidental tap.
- Confirm the final prompt. For your security you may be asked to verify your phone number by OTP.
Only the shop owner can delete the account.
What happens over the next 7 days
- Straight away: your account is deactivated and your shop data is scheduled for deletion.
- Within 7 days: sign back in with your registered phone number and OTP to recover the account — nothing is lost. If you can't sign in, email support@angadione.com for help; we may need to verify account ownership before making any changes.
- After 7 days: your shop data is permanently deleted from our systems. This cannot be undone.
What is permanently deleted
- All sales bills and history
- Your full product catalogue and product photos
- Customer records and khata (udhaar) ledger
- Expenses, purchases and supplier records
- Staff records and pending staff invites for your shop
- Your shop logo/avatar and settings
- Reports and analytics
- The cloud backup of all of the above, and your owner sign-in account
Staff accounts
Deleting your shop removes the staff records and invites inside your shop. Each staff member's own phone sign-in is a separate account and is not deleted by this action.
If you can’t open the app
If you can no longer access the app, email support@angadione.com from the address associated with your account and we will help you delete your data.
