Deleting your account.
You can permanently delete your AngadiOne account and shop data from inside the app. One minimal anti-abuse record is retained as explained below. This is included in the current test build and is still undergoing device validation.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open AngadiOne and go to More → Account → Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm — this guards against an accidental tap.
- Confirm the final prompt. For your security you may be asked to verify your phone number by OTP.
Deletion runs straight away and cannot be reversed. Only the shop owner can delete the account.
What is removed
- All sales bills and history
- Your full product catalog and product photos
- Customer records and khata ledger
- Expenses, purchases and supplier records
- Staff records and pending staff invites
- Any published catalogue and your shop logo/avatar
- Reports and analytics
- The cloud backup of all of the above, and your sign-in (phone) account
What is kept
One minimal record tied to your phone number is retained after deletion — it stores only the fact and date that this number’s account was deleted. It contains none of your shop data, and exists solely to stop a deleted number from being used to restart a free trial. Everything else listed above is removed.
We never share or sell your data. How personal data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy (currently a draft, pending final legal review).
If you can’t open the app
AngadiOne has not been released on Google Play or the App Store yet. If you took part in internal testing and can no longer access the app, email support@angadione.com from the address associated with your account and we will remove your data for you.
